BURGERIFIC!


So,

I posted this image on Instagram, and got a fantastic response.

Which means that you lot are very interested in having the actual recipe and giving it a go for yourselves.

Here it is;


500G RIB EYE

500G BRISKET STEAK

50G SHREDDED GARLIC

200G SHREDDED OR FINELY GRATED WHITE ONION

20G SMOKED PAPRIKA

30G SOY SAUCE

30G OYSTER SAUCE

200G FINELY GARTED CHEDDAR CHEESE

50G FINELY CHOPPED PICKED THYME

30ML LEA AND PERRINS

50G DIJON MUSTARD

3 EGGS

200G FINE BREADCRUMBS

10G BLACK PEPPER

5G SALT

METHOD

Blend everything together and allow to marinade for 12 hours.

Cook a small amount and taste check, adjust if needed.

Set in the desired shape, for best results please weigh at 200g.
