I am having over 20 years of experience working in some of the most excellent gastronomic restaurants in the UK and the Middle East. Previously worked with the likes of Gordon Ramsay, Phillip Howard at The Square, And The legendary Raymon Blanc at the  World renowned Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons.


My career has gone international in 2012, as Chef De Cuisine at Sense On The Edge – as part of the multi-award winning Six Senses Resort And Spa in Zighy Bay, Oman.

Then went on to work for the most prominent developer in The Middle East - Emaar Hospitality group, working at the prestigious Dubai Marina Yacht Club, and the fashionable boutique hotel - Vida Downtown Dubai, as the Executive Chef.

Equally, I have helped to open and consult for a few various projects worldwide. 

Currently, I am in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
